Delivery Information

What countries can you deliver to?
This website can deliver to the UK and some Offshore Islands. We can deliver to other countries – please contact us for a delivery quote and to discuss which countries we can deliver to.

Can you offer recorded delivery?
Yes. All small packets up to 1kg have a recorded delivery option. All weights above this go by carrier, and so are recorded delivery by default.

What are your postage charges?
We charge postage by weight.

Can I pick up my order myself to avoid postage charges?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our office in Wiltshire. Please contact us to discuss.

At Bright Seeds we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, however on occasion it is possible that your goods may become damaged after they have left our warehouse. Therefore, we have established the following terms and conditions for reporting damaged goods or shipping issues.

  1. Inspection upon delivery

We advise all our customers to inspect their delivery immediately. If the packaging appears damaged, please note this on the courier’s delivery document before signing. Unfortunately, if items are signed for without being thoroughly checked then we are unable to process any damage claims.

  1. Reporting damage

Any damages must also be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done via your salesman, who will then ask that you provide us with photos of the pallet in the same position as it was left by the courier highlighting any damage. We appreciate that it is not always possible for customers to be there to sign for deliveries and in this instance our couriers will contact you and ask permission to leave the pallet in a suitable place, again we ask that you inspect and report any damages within 24 hours.
