Our Summer Sown Game Cover Mixtures have been formulated for late sowing to be planted between June – August.
Our range of late sown game cover mixes provides reliable establishment, excellent feed and cover for game birds, and dependable performance when spring sowing windows have been missed or when existing game cover has failed due to challenging weather conditions. These late-season game cover crops are an ideal solution for restoring cover quickly and maintaining habitat throughout the shooting season.
Many of these mixtures are complaint to SFI and Countryside Stewardship schemes and provide a sustained source of food during the winter months. Here you will find specified mixtures covering CAHL2 and AB9.
