CAHL2 | AHL2 | AB9 Winter Promise

Winter Promise is our brand new CAHL2 | AB9 2 year summer sown mixture, which offers a great option for later-planting. The kale provides the opportunity to leave the crop for two years. We have balanced out the other components to offer fast-growing cover along with seed potential, particularly from the buckwheat. The phacelia will flower pre-winter too which produces a much needed food source for pollinators.

Winter Promise is our brand new mixture, developed on the increased requirement for summer-sown wild-bird mixtures. The crop establishes at the same speed as Autumn Promise but the inclusion of kale makes it far more suitable for leaving in for a second year – Ben Dolbear, Company director
