Specially developed for tougher northern conditions, the CAHL2 | AHL2 | AB9 Highland Pheasant & Finch a two year mixture, which delivers outstanding cover and feed where other mixes can struggle.

Whilst our original Pheasant & Finch mixture performs exceptionally well across much of the country, some southern-loving species don’t always thrive further north. This mixture still however complies under the SFI and CS schemes.

Why Choose Highland Pheasant & Finch?

When establishing this mixture it was important to have ground conditions and environmental challenges at the fore front of development. With this in mind we have removed grain sorghum and replaced with Fodder Radish and Japanese Red Millet, both of which thrive and establish well in those conditions. In by making this changes we have only enhanced the feed value benefits offered to farmland birds during the colder months.
