Miscanthus Rhizomes are growing in popularity as a permanent game cover option, proven to be beneficial for wider farmland wildlife and an ideal cover option for hard to access areas on shoots where annual crop establishment is challenging.
Supplied as rhizomes, small root bundles ready to be planted at a suggested seed rate of 12,000 rhizomes per hectare. We can arrange hire of a purpose-made planter. Established from late March - May, rhizomes should be planted at 4-6 inches deep.
