Monday is a dwarf grain variety sorghum which grows to just over knee height. This crop can get very thick so drilling in wide row-widths is advisable to ensure game can get in amongst the crop. This can be a useful variety to include in the wild bird mixtures too, it can greatly improve the winter-hardiness of a mix.
