What countries can you deliver to?
This website can deliver to the UK and some Offshore Islands. We can deliver to other countries - please contact us for a delivery quote and to discuss which countries we can deliver to.

Can you offer recorded delivery?
Yes. All small packets up to 1kg have a recorded delivery option. All weights above this go by carrier, and so are recorded delivery by default.

What are your postage charges?
We charge postage by weight.

Can I pick up my order myself to avoid postage charges?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our office in Wiltshire. Please contact us to discuss.
