This is a very interesting mixture, carefully selected for wild foraging. All of the species listed are edible in a form and can be used in salads or for cooking. You will find fast establishment from some of the more commercial varieties and the rest will take time to mature. Although the species listed are edible in different forms, care must be taken to clearly identify them before consumption. We use a number of different books for reference and recipes, "A Cook on the Wild Side" being one of them.
