What countries can you deliver to?

This website can deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and France.  We can deliver to other countries - please contact us for a delivery quote.  All our deliveries go first class.

Can you offer recorded delivery?

Yes.  All small packets up to 2kg have a recorded delivery option. All weights above this go by carrier, and so are recorded delivery by default.

What are your postage charges?

We charge postage by weight.  All our deliveries go first class and charges (including VAT) are as follows:

Royal Mail

Up to 0.50kg:  £1.80 or £2.54 recorded

Up to 0.75kg:  £2.23 or £2.97 recorded

Up to 1kg:       £2.70 or £3.44 recorded

Up to 2kg:       £5.66 or £6.40 recorded

Carrier - parcel

Up to 5kg:       £10.05

Up to 20kg:     £12.10

Up to 25kg:     £13.87

Up to 40kg:     £19.15

Up to 60kg:     £26.20

Up to 80kg:     £33.25

Carrier - pallet

Up to 250kg:   £51.00

Up to 500kg:   £56.00

Up to 1000kg: £63.00

Can I pick up my order myself to avoid postage charges?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our store in Salisbury, or our office in Swallowcliffe.  Please contact us to discuss.
